How to Use

📌 Booking Information
1. Deposit
A 30% deposit is required to secure your booking.
2. Payment
Recommended: Pay the remaining balance in Japanese Yen (cash) on the day of the photoshoot. Your deposit will be refunded to your original credit card.
Credit Card: The remaining balance can also be paid by credit card. A 10% payment processing fee will apply.
3. Pick-up & Drop-off Location
Your preferred starting and ending locations can be arranged. Please let us know before booking.
Additional charges may apply if the requested location is outside our service area.
4. Motion Sickness
If you are prone to motion sickness, we recommend taking medication before the trip.
A cleaning fee of ¥20,000–¥40,000 will be charged if the vehicle requires special cleaning due to vomiting.
5. Overtime
Please finish the session within the agreed schedule.
Overtime caused by personal reasons will be charged at ¥7,000 per hour (any part of an hour is charged as one full hour), with a maximum extension of 3 hours.
Delays caused by traffic, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances are exempt from overtime charges.
6. Special Requirements
Please inform us in advance if any participant is:

• Under 6 years old
• Over 70 years old
7. Photography Locations
We recommend visiting 5–7 photo locations.
The final itinerary may be adjusted according to weather, traffic conditions, and the pace of the photoshoot.
8. Rescheduling
Requests to reschedule must be made at least 10 days before the scheduled date.
Rescheduling is subject to availability. If no suitable date is available, the deposit is non-refundable.
👕 What to Wear
We recommend wearing light-colored, neutral, or earth-tone clothing for the best photographic results.
Dark blue and orange clothing may not produce the desired visual effect in certain locations and lighting conditions.

Additional Route Requests
If you would like to spend extra time outside the planned photography route, any parking fees, admission tickets, and related expenses will be at your own cost.
Accommodation
If the photographer needs to stay near the shooting location the night before, a one-day booking requires the photographer's accommodation fee.
For bookings of two days or more, this accommodation fee is waived.
Pre-Wedding Photography
Formal pre-wedding photography packages are available upon request.

Departure Time
Tours departing from Tokyo normally start after 8:00 AM.
An earlier departure at 7:00 AM can be arranged for an additional ¥10,000.
Parking
Parking fees are not included.
Most photography locations around Mt. Fuji offer free parking.
Group Size
This package includes up to 4 guests.
Additional guests are charged ¥5,000 per person.
What's Not Included
Admission tickets, meals, parking fees, and other personal expenses are not included unless otherwise stated.
