• If you are not sure which kimono style you would like to choose, we recommend booking the Basic Package first. You can select your preferred style at the shop and simply pay the price difference on-site. Credit cards and cash are both accepted.

How to Use

Purchase Notice
• During peak seasons, there may be a waiting time due to high demand.
• After selecting your kimono, dressing and hairstyling usually take approximately 30–50 minutes.
• Yukata are available seasonally from mid-June to mid-October.
Important Booking Information
Important Information & Rental Policies
• Once you arrive at the shop and complete the kimono rental service, no refunds will be provided.
• If you are more than 30 minutes late and have not contacted the shop in advance, your reservation will be considered cancelled, and no refund will be provided.
Package Changes After Arrival
① You may change to another package or style of the same price.
② If you choose a package with a higher price, you will need to pay the price difference.
③ If you choose a package with a lower price, the package can be changed, but the price difference will not be refunded.
Kimono Return
• Please return the kimono to the shop by 6:00 PM on the same day.
• Returns after 6:00 PM will incur an extension fee of ¥1,000 per 10 minutes.
• Next-day return is available with an overnight rental fee and a security deposit.
Photography Start Time
• Photography usually begins approximately 1 hour after your scheduled reservation time.
• If additional makeup is requested on the day, photography will usually begin approximately 2 hours after your scheduled reservation time.
Damage & Compensation
• If the kimono is significantly stained, damaged, or otherwise damaged due to personal reasons, the guest will be responsible for the corresponding compensation fee according to the shop's policies.
