Travel Photography Information: 1️⃣ Deposit: 50%, deposit secures the booking date.
2️⃣ Final Payment: Pay in cash on the day, deposit refunded or offset.
3️⃣ Departure/End Location: Can be specified, must be confirmed in advance. Additional fees apply for locations beyond the agreed range.
4️⃣ Motion Sickness: Please prepare motion sickness medicine and plastic bags.
5️⃣ Cleaning Fee: Vomiting in the vehicle incurs a cleaning fee of 20,000–40,000 JPY.
6️⃣ Overtime Fee: If return is delayed beyond the reminded time, 5,000 JPY/hour applies.
Less than 1 hour is counted as 1 hour.
Exemptions for large-scale traffic jams, weather, or other factors.
7️⃣ Special Notice: Pregnant women, children under 6, and seniors over 65 must inform in advance ⚠️.
8️⃣ Photography Locations: Recommended 3–5 locations, adjustable based on time.
9️⃣ Rescheduling Policy: Must be requested 10 days in advance to confirm availability. No rescheduling or refunds if no availability.
🔟 Cancellation Policy:
Cancel 31+ days before the selected date: Full refund (0% handling fee). Cancel 21–30 days before the selected date: 50% handling fee. Cancel 0–20 days before the selected date: No refund (100% handling fee). Exemptions for cancellations due to extreme weather or force majeure.
Note: If staying in the city center for extended periods outside the planned route, parking fees are not included.
Early Departure: If departure is before 8:00 AM, an additional service fee of 10,000 JPY applies. Friendly Reminder: Avoid wearing blue or orange clothing; light-colored clothing is preferred.
